About the Implementation Plan
The National Policy on Honours and Awards Implementation Plan (2024–2028) provides a structured approach to recognizing individuals and institutions that contribute significantly to Zambia’s national development, unity, and identity. It operationalizes the 2023 National Policy on Honours and Awards by defining clear goals, timelines, responsibilities, and performance indicators to guide effective implementation across sectors.

- Revise the National Honours and Awards Act

Implementation Approach
The Plan will be implemented through:
